Police arrested a cross-dressing man in a north Oklahoma City park after a receiving a complaint about "suspicious behavior," a police report states.
Oklahoma City police received a call about the man and went to Goodholm Park, 2701 N Robinson. When an officer arrived, he found Allen Galbreath, 44, wearing high heels and carrying a purse and a large wooden stick, the report states.
When the officer asked him what he was doing there, he said he was "doing his morning exercises" and giving candy to children when they answered "academic questions" correctly, the report states. Several children were in the park at the time.
